Can I send bulk messages to unknown numbers?
Opt-in refers to obtaining active consent from a customer to contact them through WhatsApp Business. To comply with WhatsApp guidelines, businesses are encouraged to only send messages to customers who have opted-in. This can be achieved by adding a checkbox on the company’s website for customers to opt-in, or by having the customer initiate a conversation with the company on WhatsApp. It is not possible to send bulk messages to unknown numbers. Businesses can only send messages to their existing list of customers.
Can we switch from a monthly to an annual plan anytime?
Yes. You can easily switch from a monthly to an annual plan by sending us an email. The cost shall be prorated based on the date of change in the plan.

Yes, you can use an existing WhatsApp number withGoSales.AI. However, you will need to first delete the account linked to that, prior to onboarding with GoSales.AI.
How many messages can a business send within the 24 hour window? Will the business be charged for each message?
Once both business and user have sent a message, there is no limit of messages the customer or the business can send within that 24 hour window. But if the business sends any pre approved template from a different category it will start a new business initiated conversation window with the pricing of that particular category.
What are Pre-Approved Message Templates?
Message templates are message formats for common reusable notifications a business may want to send. Businesses must use Message Templates for sending messages outside the 24-hour customer service window to any customers. Your Message Templates will be reviewed by WhatsApp to ensure they do not violate WhatsApp policies
Are there any limits on the number of messages that can be sent GoSales.AI WhatsApp Cloud API?
While there is no specific limit set by Meta or WhatsApp, the quality of the conversations (without spamming) will determine the limit. Typically, you will start with a limit of less than 1000 conversations for the first 24 hours and after sending messages to 1000 unique contacts, the limit will increase to 10000. After reaching 10000 unique contacts, the limit will further increase to 100000 and so on. It’s important to note that GoSales.AI sets certain limits based on the pricing package.
